How much is delivery?

We offer free UK delivery on orders over £50.
For orders under £30, standard delivery is £3.50, and your order will usually arrive within 2–5 working days.

Need it faster? Express Delivery options are available at checkout.

What is your returns policy?

We want you to love your order! If something isn’t quite right, you can return your items within 14 days of receiving them.
Please ensure products are unused, in their original packaging, and in a resellable condition.

Are your toys safe for babies and toddlers?

Absolutely! All of our toys are made from food-grade silicone, are BPA-free, and meet UKCA and CE safety standards.
They’re soft, durable, and designed to be safe for even the tiniest hands — perfect for babies, toddlers, and beyond.

Please check the age guide on each individual product page, as some items may contain small parts and are recommended for 3 years and up.
